I was recommended to see Dr. Cleveland for a consult for a facelift. My experience from the consult to my final post op appointment was incredible. He spent over an hour with both my husband and myself evaluating my anatomy and making recommendations. He explained all of the procedures he thought best for me fully. This was my first experience with any surgery of this type. We were both impressed with not only his vast knowledge but also his gentle and kind demeanor. He recommended a deep plane face lift as well as neck lift. I did not feel that he was pushing other procedures that may not be necessary. At my pre surgical appointment he highlighted every aspect of my procedure. I inquired about adding an eye lift which he did not feel I needed. Instead, he thought I would have a better result with a Temporal brow lift. Again, this appointment was over an hour in length. He recently had his surgical suite certified by the state in his office. That made the surgery day experience so much more enjoyable and less anxiety producing. Everyone in his office was wonderful throughout this as well. His office is well run and all of his staff are kind, exceptional and efficient. Dr. Cleveland came to my home the following day to remove my drains and change the dressing. I experienced very little pain and required pain meds for only the first 48 hours. My swelling  and bruising was minimal to moderate and managed well with icing, etc I had my surgery 2 weeks prior to Christmas and was able to go to dinner with my family for Christmas Eve dinner at a restaurant. I was also able to return to the gym at the 2 week mark I am presently 5 months post op and I am very pleased with my results. I turn 66 y/o in 2 weeks. After researching doctors for over a year, I was thrilled to find Dr. Cleveland. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took a lot of time explaining everything and my results were incredible. I’m a registered nurse with 20+ years experience in the operating room and have worked with numerous plastic surgeons through the years. When I decided to have a deep plane facelift revision my ONLY choice was Dr. Cleveland! Excellent technique. Wonderful beside manner. Answered all of my questions and any concerns. He even did a home visit for my first post-op. And as an added bonus, I opted to do my surgery in his surgical suite with only local, eliminating the need for anesthesia. Dr. Cleveland performed an otoplasty and a rhinoplasty on me. I am beyond happy with the results and keep telling everyone these were the best things I have ever done for my appearance. You can't ask for more with a surgeon. His experience and education are top notch - so much so that even though he was the first person I researched I didn't feel I needed to research any others) and his personality is wonderful. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness even though I knew these were questions he had heard hundreds of times before with other patients. What I appreciated the most about him is the fact that he told me that every time he goes into surgery he strives for perfection. Plus, the anesthesiologists at the surgery center (and I'm sure they see a lot of surgeons) were telling me before he even got there that he was one of the best surgeons around. After many years of contemplation, I decided it was time to go ahead and have a rhinoplasty and deep-plane facelift. I researched various plastic surgeons in my area for about 3-4 months, going back and forth, looking at credentials and making sure to find a board-certified plastic surgeon, specializing in facial plastic surgery. Dr. Cleveland exceeded all my expectations. From the first time I met with him for a consultation, I was convinced that he was “the one”. His patience and attention to detail were remarkable, Dr. Cleveland took his time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, how to best prepare for surgery and discussed the aftercare with me and my husband at length. Dr. Cleveland’s excellent skills and impressive credentials were evident at all times, and his great personality and pleasant demeanor made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. He even made a house call the day after surgery to change the bandages. The surgeries went flawlessly and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’m a 15 year old, I was nervous that the nose was not gonna turn out as I wanted it to be. But Dr. Cleveland was very kind and would thoroughly explain to me how the surgery would go and what would change, and he was willing to answer all my questions and concerns.  He would make sure that he knew how I wanted to change my nose. At the surgery place, everyone was very nice and the process went by very smoothly. The surgery turn out very well, and my nose healed very nicely. The one concern my parents had was that since I’m only 15, the nose could change in the future, but Dr. Cleveland explained to us in detail and assured us that the change wouldn’t be noticeable and that it wouldn’t harm my appearance. I just had my 4 month post op examination with Dr. Patrick Cleveland.  I had a facelift and brow lift at Baptist Health Surgery at Northpoint.  Dr. Cleveland was my surgeon.  He performed a deep plane face lift and liposuction as well as a brow lift.  My results are natural-looking and the healing process was a piece of cake.  Dr. Cleveland has the best bedside manner of any doctor of any sort I have ever known.  He genuinely cares about his patients.  He provided me with bandages, medications, and written instructions - everything I would need in a little care package.  He made a house call the day after surgery to personally change my dressing and check my healing.  I cannot recommend him enough. I highly recommend Dr. Cleveland.  He did my upper eyelid surgery and I am thrilled with the results.  He did a great job explaining everything before the surgery and completely put me at ease.  The surgery itself was less stressful than a typical visit to the dentist and I had almost no downtime at all (very little bruising or swelling).  He also does my Botox and is better than any other doctor I’ve seen (and I’ve seen a lot lol).  He’s also very nice and personable and unlike some doctors  never tries to rush you out. I was carrying an enormous double chin as a result of a huge weight loss and could do nothing to cover it   The aging process is hard enough.  That excess skin added to the aged look   After well over a year - I can now go about my life without the constant reminder   So very glad I made the decision. I'm a veteran to Plastic surgery and new to the area.  I turned 61 last year and after seeing my neck drooping over endless zoom calls I realized it was time for a touch up.  I started searching over the internet for "The BEST" surgeon in my area (Palm Beach).  I diligently tried to find something negative on Dr. Cleveland and was unable to find anything. This guy is a genius.  He is the Michelangelo of plastic surgeons.  It has only been 3.5 months since my surgery and you can barely see my scars. From the consult to the follow-up my experience has been seamless and supportive. Dr. Cleveland spent time listening and explaining and I always felt comfortable in his care. Erin was super responsive and available for anything needed. Prior to my rhinoplasty my questions were answered honestly, in detail, and promptly. I was shown before and afters of similar procedures to mine. Pre and post op instructions were thorough and my recovery was better than expected. Dr. Cleveland is a true gem and we are so grateful that he and his family relocated here and that we found him! He did rhinoplasties on both of my daughters who are teenagers. One was a revision and the other was a primary procedure. As a parent, it is difficult to find somebody that you trust your children in the hands of and we all loved him!  Not only the amazing work that Dr. Cleveland does, but his bedside manner, his knowledge and explanations of his procedures are so thorough that you won’t leave with any questions unanswered. He is truly a perfectionist and takes his time with his patients. He arrives early at the surgery center, helps ease any nerves and reviews everything before he begins. I can not recommend Dr. Cleveland enough. During the consultation, I knew he was the right surgeon to perform my neck lift.  I felt extremely comfortable in his care and I always knew that he was there during the  entire process. His wife Erin is lovely and as a trained RN she is always available for Dr. Cleveland's patients as well.  The results are VERY natural !!! I still look like me but at least 10 years younger. My experience with Dr.Cleveland was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the procedure, the process of before and after the surgery, and didn’t leave out any information. He cares about what the patient wants, and if I had any questions he answered them. He cares about his patients, and he did a great job with my surgery. He gave me the best nose ever! BEST RHINO DOC EVER!!!!!! I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Cleveland in June and I can honestly say I am beyond happy with my results!!! Besides being super thorough throughout the entire process Dr. Cleveland was also super understanding and very patient. He had no problem answering my million and 1 questions, he always made sure I understood every aspect of the procedure but most importantly he gave me the best nose ever! I have no words to express how thankful I am Dr. Patrick Cleveland was very informative and open about what to expect since I came in with concerns about my nose after a double jaw surgery. He took the time to listen to each one of them and gave honest remarks based on realistic outcomes. The recovery for rhinoplasty is a roller coaster for sure  but as mentioned before Dr. Cleveland was always there answering every concern. He took the time as well to go over the plan minutes before my surgery. The whole experience was amazing. He did my Botox and filler and the results were beautiful and natural, he did my sisters bucal fat as well and the it turned out amazing!!!
